The Round Covered Rosewood Escutcheon, part of the Wenlock Range, by From The Anvil; their collection of products are drawn and hand forged, following traditional methods the designs faithfully reproduce the finest English blacksmithing.
The escutcheon is standard profile and can be used with most standard profile Mortice locks, rim locks, dead locks and is ideal for use with From the Anvil mortice/rim knob sets.
The purpose of the escutcheon is to offer protection to your door against damage from the key, help complete the appearance of a door set of ironmongery, and the cover aids in the prevention of draughts.
