Simonswerk TE540.A8 Concealed Hinge Frame Receiver crafted from galvanised steel and designed for unrebated heavy-duty doors with claddings up to 8 mm on both sides with steel frames.

These hinge frame receivers are designed for use in combination with the following hinges:

  • TE 540 3D A8 - for unrebated heavy-duty doors with claddings up to 8 mm on both sides.
  • TE 540 3D A8 Energy - for permanent energy transfer on unrebated heavy-duty doors with claddings of up to 8 mm on both sides.
  • TE 540 3D A8 FR - with integrated intumescent kit for unrebated heavy-duty doors with claddings up to 8 mm on both sides.

    • All of these hinges have a load capacity of 100kg when used in Pairs.
