The From The Anvil Screw-On Staple can be used as a replacement for a missing part from an existing thumb latch set. It is an alternative to 'drive-in' spike/staple pins, typically used when fitting to a thinner door.

Black - A popular choice in traditional settings. Its subtle sheen offers a bold contrast on stained and painted timber alike. During the manufacturing process, our Black products are baked in a high-temperature oven, giving them durable, corrosion-resistant qualities.
Beeswax Finish - After forging, these products are dipped into hot beeswax which allows them to retain their original colours ranging from blue to deep ochre. All our Beeswax ironmongery offers a subtle matt richness and is a more natural, and far softer, alternative to a black powder coated finish. SUITABLE FOR INTERNAL USE ONLY
External Beeswax Finish - A signature of From The Anvil and is manufactured using our unique anti-corrosive beeswax. Much like our standard Beeswax, it offers a matt richness with a depth of colour, ranging from blue to deep ochre red. 
Pewter Patina - Forged from a durable base of steel and boast a rich, luxurious appearance. Our manufacturing techniques create contrasting textures on the surface of the metal to create a rich appearance with an abundance of charm.
