Eurospec Square Mortice Tubular Latches are CE Marked and Fire Tested to FD30/60 standards, with a 5-year mechanical guarantee. They are available in 2.5" and 3" versions, if you're not sure which tubular latch you need please see our helpful blog post all about tubular latches.
This new range of tubular latches is available in Satin Nickel, Nickel Plate, Matt Bronze, Antique Brass, Satin Brass AND Matt Black. These finishes complement Carlisle Brass' Brand New Finishes Collection of door handles and door hardware accessories.

I have 4-inch tubular latches on my upstairs doors.
The springs are so strong that the grub screws on the door knobs jump out of the notch, causing the door to remain shut.
So I am looking for latches with a weak spring.
Have you experienced this problem?
Not really, I'm afraid. sometime the knobs used can be hollow so switching these out for a more robust, solid design may fix the problem.
4" latches supply are limited, I can recommend a Zoo hardware or Carlisle Brass one
