The barrel bolt shown here is available in 6 lengths making it suitable for a range of door sizes. The smaller bolts, 6" - 8" are often used on windows, while the larger sizes 12" - 18" are great for use on front and back doors, or for outbuildings that may have larger doors such as barns and garages the 24" - 36" may be more preferable.
