The Country Cupboard Knob by Giara of Italy. Available in a beautiful Britannium finish. This Giara Handles range offers a touch of style with handcrafted pieces from semi-precious metals. They are unlacquered and hand-cast which means that over time, the handles will acquire their own unique patina. In addition, the hand casting process will display slight variations, so two handles will be identical - adding to the country charm of the item.
Britannium is a pewter-based alloy that is favoured for its smooth surface and beautiful silver appearance. Britannium has a lustrous silver colour similar to pewter. A notable application of the metal is the making of the Oscar statuettes, which are solid, gold-plated Britannia metal.
Individually packed in hessian bags, complete with fixings.

How do I clean britannium ?
Mild soap and water is enough to clean Britannia Metal though we recommend the use of a silver polishing cloth.
