The From The Anvil Non-Locking Monkeytail Window Fastener has been designed to fit casement windows and to match the products in our Monkeytail range. The Monkeytail collection is From The Anvil's most traditional style, taking inspiration from original 18th century design. It is crafted from forged from mild steel, giving them unrivalled strength and an abundance of character. Features a reversible design and includes a mortice plate. Hook plates are available separately. Suitable for use with weather-stripped windows. 

Available in - 
Beeswax (internal use only) - This is From the Anvil’s most authentic finish for steel. After forging, these products are dipped into hot beeswax which allows them to retain their original colours ranging from blue to deep ochre.
Black - This is a popular choice in traditional settings. Its subtle sheen offers a bold contrast on stained and painted timber alike. During the manufacturing process, From The Anvil’s Black products are baked in a high-temperature oven, giving them durable, corrosion-resistant qualities.
Pewter Patina - They are forged from a durable base of steel and boast a rich, luxurious appearance. From The Anvil’s manufacturing techniques create contrasting textures on the surface of the metal to create a rich appearance with an abundance of charm.
