The From The Anvil Cabinet Butt Hinge is manufactured from solid brass and is perfect for use on cupboard and cabinet doors. These cabinet hinges can also match with many of the From the Anvil cupboard knobs or cabinet handles to create a cohesive look on your cabinets. Matching your hinges and cabinet knobs is a subtle but stunning way to make your cabinets look luxurious. For cupboards that may not stay shut by themselves, you can also use a magnetic catch to keep it shut when you close the cabinet. 

If the cupboard door is very heavy is recommended you use 3 butt hinges instead of 2 for extra support. 

Available in - 
Aged Brass - This finish is intentionally tarnished using an accelerated ageing process that causes a dark patina to gather around the edges and recesses of the design. This rich colour offers a beautiful contrast against the repolished surface areas.
Aged Bronze - These products are manufactured from solid bronze containing a minimum of 85% copper. Due to the process used to age the metal, this finish is very dark and has a rich, matt appearance. During the final stages of manufacturing, we apply a durable, matt lacquer to this finish which helps preserve its distinctive tones.
Polished Bronze - These products are made from solid bronze containing a minimum of 85% copper. This finish is aged and then subsequently re-polished to highlight the lighter surface areas against the darker, detailed parts. During the final stages of manufacturing, From The Anvil apply a robust lacquer which helps preserve this bright contrast.
Polished Chrome - These products are made from a base of solid brass coated with a durable chrome plating to give an exceedingly high-sheen finish. Favoured for its bright, bold appearance, Polished Chrome is well suited to contemporary designs and offers a smooth, mirror finish when polished.
Polished Nickel - These products are manufactured from a solid brass base with high-quality plating. This finish is bright, reflective, and extremely versatile. When polished, it offers an impressive depth of reflection.  
Satin Brass - These products are made from solid brass.  During the final stages of manufacturing, our Satin Brass products are brushed with a satin wheel to give them their distinctive appearance.  A high-quality matt lacquer is then applied to their surface for protection.
Satin Chrome - These are crafted from a base of solid brass, with high-quality chrome plating applied to its surface. It offers an understated alternative to Polished Chrome and is loved for its less reflective appearance and distinctive blue traces.
Unlacquered Brass - They are made from solid, unlacquered brass and have soft, golden hues that offer a depth of reflection. If left untouched, this finish will oxidise over time and naturally age to create a historically beautiful look. To restore these products to their former glory, simply polish them using a dry cloth and some Brasso.
