Description
The Eurospec Intumescent Top 37DB Mortice Drop Down Seal is a versatile solution for sealing the bottom of doors, also known as dropseals. Activated by the closing action of the door, these seals drop down only when the door is closed, leaving the threshold clear and flat. Tested without threshold plates and straight down to carpet, these seals provide effective protection against the elements, noise, light, fire, smoke, and insects. They are a cost-effective way to comply with part E and M of the latest UK building regulations, available in different sizes.

Hi what is the shortest length the 730mm es1204 seals can be cut down to?

It can be trimmed down to 100mm.
