A concealed medium duty hinge for unrebated and rebated, flush-faced quality timber doors. Available in four finishes; Silver, Polished nickel, Florentine bronze, Electro brass.
Has removable cover plates conceal adjustment screws

With 2 hinges - 25 kg
With 3 hinges - 40 kg (middle hinge positioned 250mm below top hinge)
Load capacity refers to door H2100 x W850 mm
You will need:
- A ratchet or spanner set
- An Allen or hex Key set.
1. Slack both nuts on one side of the hinge counter clockwise.
2. Tighten the allen key clockwise to desired depth
3. Tighten up the nuts.
Repeat process for other side of hinge. (Note: if you try to adjust one nut at a time there will be little to no depth movement)
The height and depth can also be adjusted by slacking the nuts, one side of hinge controls height, the other controls depth. Normally supplied set for a standard 3mm joggle gap. The gap can be adjusted 2mm (minimum) to 6mm (maximum) door gap.
The Zinc casing must be inset in the door to allow for the caps which add 1mm
