Hand-forged hook and band pintle hinge with a traditional penny end, available in 18-inch and 24-inch sizes. Ideal for barn doors, garage doors and gates.
A heavy-duty, handmade traditional pintle hinge, also known as a strap hinge, barn door hinge or bracket.
Each hinge is individually hand forged from 7mm-thick mild steel. The traditional shape is formed hot on the anvil, with softened edges and a hand-forged penny end.
The cranked design allows the door to sit flush with the edge of the frame.

Security Tip
For additional security, fit the hook plate upside down so that the door or gate cannot be lifted off the hinge.
