The solid brass 83915 Reeded Espagnolette multi-point Casement Window Fastener, part of From the Anvil's collection of traditional handmade window furniture. These Espag Casement Fasteners are handmade from solid brass, which is hand-aged and left unlacquered for authenticity. The unlaquered brass achieves a timeless classic elegance, and looks like beautiful 'old-time' brass - as if it has been in situ for many years. It is polished on all surface areas but aged to highlight the detail and design. Also available in Polished Nickel finish, for a fresh and contemporary take on this classic design, whilst giving a more warm, elegant, period feel than the bright, cold tone of chrome.
These narrow style window espagnolette handles have been specially created with a narrow fixing plate of 16mm, which makes them suitable for almost any window, specifically uPVC and timber windows with an integral multi-point (espagnolette) system. These espag window handles can be fitted to any modern Espagnolette locking systems, and may be retro-fitted to almost any windows which use the multi point system. The windlow handles use 7mm spindle like most modern espag handles. If you don't have a multi-point window lock, these window handles can be still used with the simple window lock as featured in the links below. The window fastener has a locking feature by way of a grub screw, subtly situated in a groove on the handle, for extra security and peace of mind. The Espag Window handle is ‘handed’ either left or right, so care must be taken to choose the correct hand. When choosing the hand, look at your window and select which hand you use to open the window, rather than what side of the window the handle sits.

Antique Brass - The antique brass finish has been treated to speed up the natural tarnishing process, which imparts an antique feel. It is then burnished lightly and left un-lacquered.
Polished Nickel - A highly polished finish with a nickel plating applied to a solid brass substrate. Nickel is similar to the polished chrome finish, but with a slightly warmer tone.
Supplied in SINGLES complete with standard M5 fixing screws.
