The From The Anvil Hammered Newbury Espagnolette Fastener is a weighty hammered window handle that is forged from solid brass or bronze, which emphasises the high-quality materials and manufacturing techniques used.
This fastener is designed to be matched with the hammered door and window furniture in the Newbury range, to allow a fully cohesive theme across your windows and doors. They are suitable for any modern Espagnolette-style locking system using a 7mm spindle, alternatively, they can be used with a simple Window Lock.

Available in - 
Aged Brass - This finish is intentionally tarnished using an accelerated ageing process that causes a dark patina to gather around the edges and recesses of the design. This rich colour offers a beautiful contrast against the repolished surface areas.
Aged Bronze - These products are manufactured from solid bronze containing a minimum of 85% copper. Due to the process used to age the metal, this finish is very dark and has a rich, matt appearance. During the final stages of manufacturing, we apply a durable, matt lacquer to this finish which helps preserve its distinctive tones.
Black - This is a popular choice in traditional settings. Its subtle sheen offers a bold contrast on stained and painted timber alike. During the manufacturing process, From The Anvil’s Black products are baked in a high-temperature oven, giving them durable, corrosion-resistant qualities.
Matt Black - They are forged from a base of solid steel and then baked in a high-temperature oven to create a subtle, black patina. This refined finish is extremely versatile, with a distinctly contemporary feel that works especially well in modern interiors.
Pewter Patina - They are forged from a durable base of steel and boast a rich, luxurious appearance. From The Anvil’s manufacturing techniques create contrasting textures on the surface of the metal to create a rich appearance with an abundance of charm.
Polished Bronze - These products are made from solid bronze containing a minimum of 85% copper. This finish is aged and then subsequently re-polished to highlight the lighter surface areas against the darker, detailed parts. During the final stages of manufacturing, From The Anvil apply a robust lacquer which helps preserve this bright contrast.
Polished Chrome - These products are made from a base of solid brass coated with a durable chrome plating to give an exceedingly high-sheen finish. Favoured for its bright, bold appearance, Polished Chrome is well suited to contemporary designs and offers a smooth, mirror finish when polished.
Polished Nickel - These products are manufactured from a solid brass base with high-quality plating. This finish is bright, reflective, and extremely versatile. When polished, it offers an impressive depth of reflection.
