Cardea Polished Nickel Cranked Door Bolts

Description

The Cardea Polished Nickel Cranked Door Bolts are designed with a cranked shape, often called a necked door bolt, for outward opening doors, to allow the bolt to meet into the frame or floor.

These nickel door bolts are well made and tight fitting with counter-sunk holes along the plate for visible and secure screw-fixing. They are designed to be used horizontally and vertically and have a round knob on the handle for easy and comfortable grip when securing the bolt into place. They are available in three lengths; 100mm, 150mm and 203mm.

The Cardea Polished Nickel finish is a solid brass plating and will generally require little maintenance as nickel is a relatively slow ageing metal.
To maintain the finish we recommend wiping the item with a micro-fibre cloth to remove dirt deposits and polishing with a good quality metal polish. The application of a light wax after cleaning can be beneficial but is not essential. We do NOT recommend the use of liquid polishes that will leave a residue.
