The Armac Martin Stockland cupboard handle (STO) creates a bold, contemporary image and is ideally suited to contemporary interiors. Manufactured from solid brass, the cupboard handle features two identical rectangular brass bars which are placed parallel one over the other with a thinner centre in between.
Inspired by the 2016 demolition of Birmingham Central Library, which was a classic example of Brutalist architecture, Armac Martin (a Birmingham based manufacturer) have used this as inspiration and combined this idea with some of the contrast banding elements from the old Plaza cinema in nearby Stockland Green. The image they have created for these cupboard handles is based upon the idea of a seemingly unmovable object in a rapidly changing inner city landscape.
