The Thumblatch is one of the most traditional pieces of ironmongery. The thumb piece passes through the door and raises the latch bar off the keep. To restrict the latch bar movement a staple pin or screw on staple is provided (discard unused pin or staple).
Beeswax Finish - A special Wax finish that imparts a subtle matt richness to the metal - INTERNAL USE ONLY.
