Maximum adjusted door weight:
- With 2 hinges - 80 kg
- With 3 hinges - 120 kg
(Load capacity refers to door H2100mm x W850mm)

Adjustment Instructions:
You will need:
- A ratchet or spanner se
- An Allen or hex Key set.

1. Slack both nuts on one side of the hinge counterclockwise.
2. Tighten the allen key clockwise to desired depth
3. Tighten up the nuts.

Repeat the process for the other side of the hinge. (Note: if you try to adjust one nut at a time there will be little to no depth movement)

The height and depth can also be adjusted by slacking the nuts, one side of the hinge controls height, and the other controls depth. Normally supplied set for a standard 3mm joggle gap, the gap can be adjusted 2mm (minimum) to 6mm (maximum) door gap.

The Zinc casing must be inset in the door to allow for the caps which add 1mm.
